All game titles, characters, artwork, logos, and underlying technology are owned by liuviral or its licensors. You retain ownership of your original UGC but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it in connection with the Services.

Service Modifications

We continuously update and improve our Services. This may include adding/removing games, adjusting game mechanics, or changing features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time. Significant changes affecting gameplay or purchases will be announced with reasonable notice, except where prohibited for security or legal reasons.

 

In-Game Purchases and Virtual Currency

The Platform may offer virtual items and currency for purchase. All sales are final unless required by law. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, liuviral AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  1. INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
  2. LOSS OF DATA, GAME PROGRESS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS;
  3. DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT;
  4. GAME INTERRUPTIONS, SERVER DOWNTIME, OR TECHNICAL FAILURES;
  5. THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT;
  6. PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

 

Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, or social networks. These services have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim all liability related to them.
